From 2010 the way Carillion recruit Graduates has moved forwards. We are looking to recruit the individuals who will make a difference for our business, regardless of degree discipline or work experience. The way you approach your work and your potential to learn are the most important factors to us and that is why Carillion look to give all graduates the opportunity of an Internship before moving them onto our graduate scheme. An Internship gives you the change to shine in a role, to understand the Carillion business and get a feeling for what kind of work you will enjoy in your career with us.
The Internship is a new dynamic scheme you can be a part of; giving all graduates the opportunity to work for between 13 and 52 weeks for Carillion. If you enjoy your work and impress in your time here we will look to take you onto our exclusive graduate campaign where you could find yourself designing, planning, building, maintaining or managing some of the most creative and essential spaces in the world. This method is the only way of entry to Carillion’s graduate scheme and ensures only the highest calibre of individuals is selected, based on their ability and potential in a working environment. We will consider applications from all individuals with a 2:2 degree or above. All degree disciplines are considered.
